Job Description

As a member of the Global HCM Service Delivery team, your role will involve aligning with the HCM Service Delivery Organization within HCM. This will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders including divisional HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Legal, Compliance, Audits, HCM Engineering, and the Global Service Delivery Team. Your focus will be on delivering services for different talent segments, managing HR processes, and supporting operational and risk management processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver services for different talent segments including Campus hires, Early Careers, Mid-Careers, and Executives - Implement standardized processes and tools for job offers, onboarding, and offboarding - Manage transactional processes in HRIS for the employee lifecycle - Provide support for organizational structure management, talent management systems, and reporting - Assist in Global HCM Operational and Risk Management processes to ensure data integrity **How You Will Fulfill Your Potential:** - Coordinate activities with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers for talent segments - Manage pre-offer verification steps for candidates - Create and manage job offers for different talent segments - Coordinate background checks and verifications - Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes - Support employee lifecycle processes including offers, transfers, and terminations - Identify and implement process improvements and best practices **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Engineering/Statistics/Human Resources - Experience in an operational role, preferably within HR **Competencies:** - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an operational role - Strong technical understanding of HCM Systems and processes - Ability to collaborate across divisions and functions in a global organization - Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills - Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Business Objects is a plus - Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement The company offers Best-In-Class Benefits including Healthcare & Medical Insurance, Holiday & Vacation Policies, Financial Wellness & Retirement support, Health Services, Fitness benefits, and Child Care & Family Care facilities.
