Job Description

Role Overview: As an Analyst in Project Management, your main responsibility will be to oversee governance and control metrics for the entire lifecycle management of Intragroup agreements (ICAs) within the organization. You will play a crucial role in implementing a managed services function to ensure standard, consistent, compliant, transparent, scalable, and well-controlled oversight of ICAs globally. Key Responsibilities: - Design/Enhance the overall platform/tools used for designing ICAs and associated KPIs/KRIs/SLAs. - Coordinate drafting, review, execution, and periodic refresh of all ICAs and technology-related support model. - Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Tech, Finance, Operations, Tax/transfer pricing, and business teams. - Inventory and understand local regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements for ICA documentation. - Lead service mapping efforts to visualize the flow of services between intragroup service providers and consumers. - Implement Third party/supplier monitoring, Incident Reporting monitoring, Risk reporting, and SLA monitoring processes. - Prepare and maintain audit-ready ICA documentation for tax authorities or internal audits. - Develop and manage a centralized ICA repository, track version control, signatories, amendments, and entity-specific annexes. - Build and maintain an ICA policy, templates, and guidance materials, and lead training for stakeholders. - Define force majeure and change control clauses and monitor business changes requiring ICA updates. Qualifications Required: - Project management skills for ensuring on-time delivery. - Good communication skills for global coordination. - Ability to design metrics, dashboards, and analyze data. - Experience in creating Domo Dashboards, Power BI, Power apps, and MS Office. - Background in drafting and reviewing intercompany agreements is advantageous.,
