Job Description

Role Overview: As an Analyst in Project Management, your main responsibility will be to oversee governance and control metrics for the entire lifecycle management of Intragroup agreements (ICAs) within the organization. You will be required to utilize your project management skills to ensure timely delivery and your excellent communication skills to coordinate globally. Additionally, your ability to design metrics, dashboards, and analyze data will be crucial for this role. Any experience in creating Domo Dashboards, Power BI, Power apps, or MS Office will be considered an advantage. Having a background in drafting and reviewing intercompany agreements will also be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: - Design/Enhance the overall platform/tools used for designing ICAs and associated KPIs/KRIs/SLAs under the ICA Product & Platform domain. - Coordinate drafting, review, execution, and periodic refresh of all ICAs and technology-related support models in the Drafting & Lifecycle Management area. - Collaborate with various teams including Legal, Regulatory, Tech, Finance, Operations, Tax/transfer pricing, and business teams for effective Cross Functional Coordination & Execution. - Ensure ICAs are aligned with industry/regulatory frameworks, local tax laws, and compliance requirements for Regulatory & Audit Readiness. - Develop and manage a centralized ICA repository, track version control, signatories, amendments, and entity-specific annexes in the Process & Technology Enablement section. - Build and maintain an ICA policy, templates, and guidance materials, and lead training and onboarding for business and regional stakeholders in Training & Playbook Development. - Define and standardize force majeure and change control clauses, and monitor business changes that require ICA updates in Force Majeure & Change Management.,
