Job Description

Support project and program management activities, including planning, reporting, and analysis of large data sets.
Define, refine, and create dashboards using the Smartsheet PPM tool to provide insights across the change portfolio.
Analyze data across the tool to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Provide support and guidance on governance adherence and assess/challenge data provided by Portfolio and Project Managers.
Create, assess, and maintain standardized project governance material, including templates, workflows, and process documentation.
Regularly update high-risk projects, issues, and red flags across the Portfolio for the PMO Manager.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies across the Project and Portfolio Manager community.
Maintain the PM and PPM teams' channels with regular posts, signed off by the PMO Manager and Head of PMO.
Build trust with team members by consistently understanding and fulfilling partner requests in an accurate, timely, and professional manner.
Communicate professionally and efficiently with Program & Project teams to obtain relevant and timely updates for reports/presentations.
Review issues with innovative and alternative approaches to addressing and resolving them.
