Analyst: IT Infrastructure Support (On Contract)

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Services to manage and support our IT infrastructure across the location / Office. This role involves ownership of IT systems, network setup, device management, and user support, while collaborating with the global IT team to ensure seamless integration and alignment. The position requires hands on technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent the India office in international IT projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. System Administration & Management

• Administration/management of MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and MS System Service Manager (SSM)
• Administration/management of Adobe Sign (digital signature platform)
• Account and user management, including system integration.

2. Device & Asset Management

• Management of deployed assets (PCs, notebooks, printers, scanners, SIM cards, and peripherals)
• iOS device management via Intune and Mobile Device Management systems
• Installation, imaging, BIOS/drivers updates for new joiner laptops/notebooks
• Regular updates and maintenance of employee devices.

3. Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support (on-site and remote) for hardware/software/network issues
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving faults
• Raise tickets and coordinate with engineers/vendors to ensure timely resolution.

4. Network & Server Management

• Ownership of complete IT setup for the India office, in collaboration with the global IT team
• Configuration and maintenance of servers and internet network setup to ensure uninterrupted office operations
• Vendor coordination for continued resolution of IT issues.

5. Office IT Infrastructure

• Management of electronic devices (TVs, projectors, soundbars, cameras, etc.) within office premises.
• Complete IT desk setup for new joiners, including phones and peripherals.

6. Global Collaboration

• Represent India office in global IT team calls, ensuring alignment and resolution of local issues
• Active involvement in international/national IT technical projects under the One IT initiative.
