Analyst – Relationship Service Management
In This Role, You Will
- Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on market operations, contributing towards positive client experience of the end-to-end regulatory process.
- Develop and maintain documentation and reporting tools to track regulatory compliance.
- Assist in preparing for audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
- Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
- Guiding clients and clients facing teams through complex regulatory requirements.
- Escalate any challenges and issues encountered on behalf of the respective local teams.

Leadership & Teamwork
- Cooperate with business stakeholders and other team members to overcome the regulatory challenges as a team.
- Liaise internally with legal and tax teams, to ensure any escalations & negotiations are conducted according to policies and procedures.
- Contribute ideas to improve the effectiveness of the remediation process
Operational Effectiveness & Control
- Ensure compliance with regional / local data sharing legislation by promoting and following client consent policies.
- Ensure company regulatory reporting obligations can be upheld by ensuring correct client consent data records are held.
- Mitigate the risk of prosecution and/or reputational damage due to unauthorized or unlawful sharing of customer data by promoting and following client policies
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will
- 2-5 years operational experience in client onboarding/middle office/client servicing/compliance/operations in financial institution
- Demonstrated knowledge on regulatory requirements such as MIFID II, EMIR, DFA, Canada Trade Reporting, 871(m), FATCA & CRS, etc.
- Strong operational and control experience gained in Investment Banking environment preferred.
- Proven track record of working closely with key business users both client-facing and back-office.
- Prior experience in managing a team is preferred.
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Experience in trade reporting/regulatory reporting/management reporting.
- Attention to details.
- An excellent communicator with strong oral and written skills
