• Work with Transaction Manager to set up financial models of proposed deals on book accounting and cash basis
• Prepare transaction approval forms for Omnicom leadership
• Maintain timely and accurate real estate portfolio data
• Provide financial modelling support to Portfolio Managers and Omnicom leadership for special projects
• Cross system close validations
• Monthly reforecast variance analysis
• Rent and occupancy analysis

• Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A Operations (mandatory).
• Strong Excel modelling skills, including pivot tables and vlookup functions
• Adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Clear and effective communication
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Media Ocean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus

Additional Skills

• Experience in real estate finance and transactions, including ability to interpret term sheets, LOI’s and leases
• Month-end financial report analysis
