Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis

You are an Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis) at Annalect India, utilizing your strong accounting and analytical skills to support the business finance teams in achieving strong financial performance. Your role involves collaborating closely with the Global Agency Finance teams. Your responsibilities include preparing and maintaining financial planning reports, conducting financial analysis, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), overseeing month/quarter/year-end close activities, generating business/management reports, supporting corporate consolidation analysis, and contributing to ad hoc projects. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of FP&A Operations experience, familiarity with R2R processes, proficiency in Advanced Excel and adaptability to new ERP or BI Tools, knowledge of US GAAP, willingness to undertake diverse assignments, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool would be advantageous. This position offers a shift timing of 2PM-11PM and is based in Hyderabad.
