Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between

  Risk and Finance

  to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Verify that the

  regulatory-approved approach

  is being correctly used for

  RWA computation

  across all exposure classes.
• Validate that

  RWA is calculated using the correct approach

  (Standardized / IRB, as applicable).
• Ensure compliance with

  Basel norms

  and regulatory expectations.
• Perform

  reconciliations

  between risk and finance numbers.
• Work independently with multiple

  stakeholders

  , including senior teams.
• Support and drive

  automation of regulatory processes

  .

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of Basel framework

  and RWA computation.
• Hands-on experience with

  SAS

  (mandatory) for data analysis and automation.

• Python knowledge

  is an added advantage.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and improve process efficiency.

Experience & Soft Skills

• 5–6 years of relevant experience

  in regulatory reporting, risk, or finance.
• Excellent

  communication skills

  to coordinate across teams.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
