Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Ticket logging Provide technical support to VIP and general users Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices Configures, installs and maintains complex software systems Asset Management - Asset lifecycle management Documenting assets in asset management tool Physically verifying assets Vulnerability management Excellent customer communication skills Possess excellent time management skills and be able to thrive under pressure Ideal Candidates Should Have At least 3-5 years or more experience in Desktop EUC environment using leading methodologies (Windows 10, 11, iOS & MacOS platforms) & processes with some network and firewall knowledge preferred. Experience in MS Windows environment & application support. Experience in End user device and applications Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders.
