Job Summary

GNA Energy is looking for a curious mind and a creative problem-solver, someone who thrives on understanding people and shaping experiences that matter. As a Design Thinking Analyst, you’ll be at the intersection of research, strategy, and design, using empathy and creativity to unlock opportunities and transform them into intuitive, human-centered solutions. You’ll collaborate across teams, facilitate workshops, and bring ideas to life through UI/UX design, prototypes, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into user needs, behaviours, and motivations through research, interviews, and observation.
  • Turn insights into action: Crafting personas, journey maps, and experience blueprints that inspire innovation.
  • Co-create with stakeholders in design thinking workshops, guiding teams from empathy to ideation and beyond.
  • Design and refine UI/UX concepts, wireframes, and prototypes that balance creativity with usability.
  • Partner with product managers and developers to shape experiences that are both beautiful and functional.
  • Use visual storytelling to communicate ideas, from low-fidelity sketches to polished design mockups.
  • Experiment, test, and iterate: Bringing a mindset of continuous learning to every project.
  • Champion creativity and human-centered design practices across the organization.

Required Skills

  • Experience in design thinking, UX/UI design, service design, or creative strategy.
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing UI/UX, prototyping, and creative problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging both teammates and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and designing for impact.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Design, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
