As a Design Thinking Analyst at GNA Energy, you will play a crucial role in understanding user needs, shaping experiences, and driving innovation through human-centered solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and bring ideas to life through UI/UX design, prototypes, and storytelling. **Key Responsibilities:** - Dive deep into user needs, behaviors, and motivations using research, interviews, and observation. - Craft personas, journey maps, and experience blueprints based on insights to inspire innovation. - Guide teams through design thinking workshops, from empathy to ideation and implementation. - Design and refine UI/UX concepts, wireframes, and prototypes focusing on creativity and usability. - Collaborate with product managers and developers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing experiences. - Communicate ideas effectively through visual storytelling, ranging from sketches to design mockups. - Embrace experimentation, testing, and iteration to foster continuous learning. - Promote creativity and human-centered design practices within the organization. **Qualifications:** - Degree in Design, Business, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. **Required Skills:** - Experience in design thinking, UX/UI design, service design, or creative strategy. - Strong design portfolio demonstrating UI/UX, prototyping, and creative problem-solving. - Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, etc. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging teammates and stakeholders. - Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights. - Passion for creativity, innovation, and designing for impact.
