About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst – Data Analytics to join our growing team. This role involves working on advanced analytics, leveraging large datasets, and applying machine learning and statistical methods to drive actionable business insights. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to improve acquisition strategies and optimize performance through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end analytics for marketing campaigns, from lead generation to performance measurement.
• Write SQL queries, analyze large datasets, and build scalable analytical solutions.
• Apply machine learning techniques, A/B testing, and advanced analytics to optimize business strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, decision sciences, and finance to drive business outcomes.
• Research and evaluate new data sources, improving data quality and targeting strategies.
• Translate business problems into data and machine learning problems, providing actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages (Python/R/Java).
• Familiarity with Big Data tools (Hive, Pig, Spark).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
