Key Responsibilities Understand business problems, define structured approaches, and propose data-driven solutions. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on large datasets to validate hypotheses. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track business performance. Analyze user and transaction data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. Conduct deep-dive analysis to detect bottlenecks, risks, and improvement areas. Work with SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, processing, and analysis. Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to drive process and product improvements. Prepare and present analytical findings to support strategic decision-making. Perform ad hoc analyses to address operational challenges and unblock workflows. Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and SQL. Hands-on experience with Python or R is mandatory. Knowledge of statistics, data interpretation, and common analytical techniques. Strong problem-solving and structured process thinking.
