Role description

· Accurately process all forecast updates within 24 to 48 hours of receipt; to include individual resource updates, engagement updates, and/or ad hoc requests. · Highlight conflicts and identify resources with full or partial availability. · Attend team calls (where possible) to gain an understanding of key staffing issues. · Connect with U.S. and India based C&RM team and/or U.S. and India based Client-facing staff on an ad hoc basis to understand challenges faced and to update staffing requests accordingly. · Responsible for data management of assigned population(s) to ensure resumes and skills profiles are current, forecasting is timely and accurate. · Reports to be prepared on a regular basis using Excel and other reporting tools. Highlighting conflicts and identifying resources with full or partial availability as per the business needs.

· Strong attention to detail-Critical · Excellent organizational skills, deadline-oriented and flexibility to meet the changing needs of the role · Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel · Aptitude to learn and leverage new technology · Ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively · Team oriented work ethic with a focus on customer service · Proven ability to maintain confidentiality while balancing business needs · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance and/or related field · Master’s in Business, Management, Finance, HR · Big 4 experience a plus
