Analyst - Advisory Services

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to support the growth and operations of our advisory business. This role involves strategic planning, market research, proposal development, data management, and coordination across business functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and capable of working closely with leadership to drive business pursuits and operational excellence.

Role & responsibilities

Business Development & Strategy

• Prepare client pitches, proposals, capability profiles, and strategic notes

• Conduct market research and generate insights on Indian and global sectors

• Support business pursuits by collecting and analyzing relevant information

• Assist in identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and RFPs

Government Advisory Support

• Source and track relevant government RFPs and tenders

• Draft and compile documentation for government submissions

Data & Financial Management

• Prepare MIS reports, revenue sheets, and collection trackers for internal use

• Support finance-related matters including budgeting, invoicing, and reconciliation

Research & Content Development

• Conduct research on diverse sectors and topics to produce high-quality write-ups

• Develop briefing notes, internal memos, and knowledge documents

Operational Support

• Work closely with the Head of Business on operational initiatives

• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution of business priorities

• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and performance reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or masters degree in real estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate consulting, strategy, or business development roles
• Strong analytical and research capabilities with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with real estate analytics tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
