Role Summary

The Presentation Specialist Trainee will be responsible for producing high-quality documents efficiently and effectively while working as part of the client operations team.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Work as part of a team producing PowerPoint presentations, Word, and Excel templates for global clients
• Create high-quality presentation templates from scratch
• Develop slides based on handwritten, scribbled, scanned, or PDF source documents using creativity and imagination
• Format and standardize raw presentations according to client-approved templates
• Deliver projects independently end-to-end with minimal or no supervision
• Maintain a self-quality control checklist to ensure error-free output
• Knowledge of additional design tools such as CorelDraw or InDesign is desirable but not mandatory

Education & Experience

• Any Graduate (excluding Law graduates)
• Additional qualifications or certifications in presentation, graphics, or production are preferred
• 03 years of relevant experience using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher preferred

Shift Timings

• Comfortable working in a 24x7 environment
• Willingness to work in monthly rotating shifts (IST):
  

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

• 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM
