Job Title: New Technology Projects
Maruti Suzuki is seeking a Project Executive to lead a diverse array of technology initiatives that fall under the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. These initiatives are designed with the overarching goal of delivering social benefits to the broader community and are executed in partnership with government agencies.
Level in the Organization: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Location: Head Office, Maruti Suzuki, Delhi
Educational Qualification:
Essential: BE/B Tech Eelectronics & Communication /Computer Science .Added MBA is preferable.
Years of Experience Desired: 3-5 years experience in camera-based enforcement projects/ Smart City/ IT Infra
Nature of Work Experience: The role encompasses a wide spectrum of responsibilities of an infra project like identifying vendors/suppliers , planning of the project , tender preparation along with evaluation , capital procurement, coordination with the architect/consultants , installer, govt agencies ,commissioning and handing over the project , technological innovation and project management.
Experience with ANPR, RLVD, speed detection, PTZ cameras, and 3D radars .Knowledge of VMS/NVR systems and command center operations. Strong networking knowledge (switches, OFC, media converters, IP addressing or similar role with a strong track record of successful project
Familiarity with VMS platforms (Milestone, Qognify, Honeywell, Prama).
Candidates should possess a proven track record of skillfully managing complex projects characterized by substantial investments in equipment or services, the creation of innovative technological solutions, and the deployment of comprehensive systems.
Responsibilities also entail the preparation of detailed project documentation such as the bill of quantities (BOQ), specifications, and engaging in negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure the successful completion of projects. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire lifecycle of the project, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Prepare comprehensive project plans, including BOQ, specifications, and timelines.
Conduct negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and quality resources.
Place orders and oversee procurement processes in line with project requirements.
Implement projects on-site, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress through schedules, Gantt charts, and other project management tools.
Utilize JIRA software or similar tools, design software like ACAD for project tracking, issue resolution, and resource management.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements during project implementation.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide project updates and reports.
Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
