Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  2. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
  4. Support employee relations by addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
  5. Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  6. Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  8. Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  9. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
  10. Prepare and submit required compliance reports to governmental agencies.
  11. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all payroll and HR-related documents.
