Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

• Develop and execute a forward-looking HR strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on people and culture matters.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.

Organizational Development (OD)

• Design and implement OD strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and agility.
• Champion initiatives to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.
• Lead large-scale change efforts, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and values.

HR Transformation

• Lead the digital and operational transformation of the HR function.
• Drive automation and implementation of modern HR technologies to optimize processes.
• Build data-driven HR capabilities to enhance decision-making and workforce analytics.

Talent Development & Management

• Design and execute comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Implement robust performance management frameworks that promote continuous feedback and accountability.
• Oversee learning & development initiatives to ensure skills readiness for future business needs.

Leadership Development

• Develop high-potential leadership programs and succession pipelines.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and nurture future business leaders.
• Foster a coaching and mentoring culture throughout the organization.

People & Culture Strategy

• Build an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace culture.
• Strengthen the employer brand and enhance the employee value proposition (EVP).

Monitor key HR metrics and create dashboards to evaluate people initiatives
