Team Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of machine operators, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped, and that safety protocols are followed. Machine Maintenance and Repair: Perform or oversee the maintenance and repair of machine shop equipment, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of machined parts and products, using appropriate measuring equipment and testing methods.
