Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Preferred candidate profile

Operate and monitor
Injection Moulding Machines
to produce plastic components as per specifications.
Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot
Injection Moulds
and molding parameters.
Ensure proper handling, installation, and maintenance of
moulds
.
Monitor production cycles, machine settings, and process parameters for
plastic injection molding
.
Identify defects in molded parts and take corrective actions.
Perform routine machine checks and preventive maintenance.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and production targets.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production teams for continuous improvement.
Maintain production records and shift reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in
Injection Moulding
and
Plastic Injection Molding
.
Hands-on knowledge of
Injection Moulding Machine operation
.
Good understanding of
mould design, mould handling, and plastic molding processes
.
Ability to troubleshoot molding defects and machine issues.
Knowledge of different plastic raw materials and process parameters.
Willingness to work in shifts.
