Job Summary:

The Ambulance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily coordination and efficient operation of ambulance services. This includes managing vehicle deployment, crew scheduling, communications between dispatch and medical teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to maintain high-quality patient transport and emergency response services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor the deployment of ambulances to ensure timely response to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Supervise ambulance crews and support staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and shift coverage.
• Liaise with hospitals, dispatch centers, and emergency response teams to facilitate smooth patient transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of ambulance movements, call logs, maintenance schedules, and incidents.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly equipped, maintained, and comply with operational standards and safety regulations.
• Support training and performance evaluations for ambulance staff.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and emergency response procedures.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from staff and the public professionally.
• Monitor inventory and ensure medical supplies and equipment are stocked and functional.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
