Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AM Training to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in training and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Manage and coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and venue arrangements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in training and development, focusing on adult learning principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience with training software and technologies, including e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
