Job Description

As an AM Procurement at our Gurugram location, your main responsibilities will include: - Vendor Management: - Identification, selection of supplier - Negotiation - Creating purchase orders - Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance - Partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure sourced material and services meet the needs of the business - Driving sourcing strategic initiatives to ensure optimal cost productivity and fulfillment - Data management and analysis To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Science or Commerce - Working Knowledge in SAP - Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint You should also have: - 6-7 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing of indirect categories such as Facilities (Real Estate), Professional Services, Travel, and IT Hardware and software - Experience in RFP management and market analysis - Good negotiation and presentation skills - Knowledge in developing and negotiating contractual terms with existing/new suppliers Your soft skills should include: - Project management skills - Good communication skills Feel free to apply if you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on this challenging yet rewarding role.,
