Job Description

Job Summary: Payroll person will oversee all aspects of human resources management, ensuring compliance with labour laws, payroll processing, and statutory regulations. The role requires expertise in Factory Act, labour laws, employee relations, and HR operations to support business objectives effectively. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Gratuity), and compliance with wage laws. Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Employees’ Provident Fund Act, and other labour laws. Statutory Compliance: Maintain compliance with government regulations, audits, and labour inspections. Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and foster a positive work environment. HR Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with industry standards. Training & Development: Conduct employee training programs on compliance, safety, and skill enhancement. Performance Management: Oversee appraisals, promotions, and employee engagement initiatives. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure workplace safety measures and compliance with industrial regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of experience in HR management within Manufacturing & Service Industry. Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing, Labour Laws, Factory Act, and Compliance. Proficiency in HRMS tools, Spine Payroll, and Naukri Resdex is plus . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Interpersonal Skills – Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to coordinate with clients, vendors, and teams. Flexibility & Adaptability – Events are unpredictable; being able to pivot quickly is crucial. Energetic & Enthusiastic – High energy levels help manage stress and keep the team motivated.
