Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Annual Business Plan (ABP) Support:

  • Facilitate the development and execution of the

    annual business plan

    , ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set realistic and achievable business targets.
  1. ABP Development & Implementation:

  • Oversee the creation of

    area-wise and product-wise ABPs

    , ensuring they reflect market dynamics, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to achieve ABP goals effectively across all designated areas and product lines.
  1. Order Booking & Sales Execution:

  • Ensure

    order booking

    aligns with the ABP targets, tracking performance against goals.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
  1. Marketing-Operations Budget Management:

  • Plan, administer, and control the

    marketing-operations budget

    to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor budget utilization, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in marketing campaigns.
  1. Sales Monitoring & Collection Control:

  • Monitor and control

    sales performance

    and

    collections

    to ensure they meet the targets set in the ABP.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  1. Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on business performance, sales activities, and financial outcomes.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with

    sales teams, marketing, finance, and supply chain

    to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth.

  • Proven experience

    in business planning, sales operations, or marketing operations within a
