Looking for HR for manufacturing plant in Dharwad location.
Should have good experience in payroll, Attendance maintenance & consolidation of 900+ Employees, Hiring process (all documentation), Labour Grievance Management, Statutory compliance knowledge (PF/ESIC/Labour license, etc), maintaining daily manpower MIS, Prepare and clear the monthly compliance audit.
Knowledge of bill preparation and calculations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must (V lookup, pivot table, sorting, etc.) and good speed in systems.
Languages: Kannada/Hindi/English.
