As an Assistant Manager - Human Resources (HR) at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving HR strategies to support business objectives and enhance employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR strategies to align with business goals and boost employee engagement. - Collaborating with business leaders to address HR-related issues and provide solutions for enhancing employee retention and performance. - Creating and managing employee benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. - Implementing performance management systems to facilitate employee growth and development. - Leading talent acquisition efforts to hire top talent efficiently and enhance the quality of hires. - Designing and executing learning and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge. - Providing HR generalist support including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. - Analyzing HR metrics and data to drive informed business decisions and shape HR strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA from a reputed university. - 6-10 years of HR experience with expertise in HRBP, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and other HR functions. - Profound understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to analyze data and metrics for decision-making. - Strong business acumen aligned with organizational goals. Your key skills will encompass areas such as employee benefits, employee engagement, HR generalist, HRBP, business partnering, learning and development, retention, and talent acquisition. Please note that the role is based in Angula & Warora and falls under the Power industry sector in the Human Resource functional area. This is a full-time, permanent position.
