Job Description

Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Sourcing & Screening:
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to identify top talent.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver on SLAs.
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Offer Management:
Negotiate offers and ensure timely closure.
Compliance:
Maintain recruitment MIS and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Employer Branding:
Support initiatives to strengthen the banks employer brand.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
banking domain hiring
(Retail, Corporate, Operations, Risk, Compliance).
Expertise in
volume hiring
and
lateral recruitment
.
Proficiency in sourcing tools:
LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Experience:
48 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI sector.
