Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Client Acquisition

  • Generate new corporate leads and onboard clients across industries.
  • Present travel solutions (Flights, Hotels, Packages, MICE, Visa, Transfers) tailored to corporate requirements.
  • Support in closing deals and meeting monthly acquisition numbers.

2. Account Service & Relationship Management

  • Maintain healthy relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Handle day-to-day client queries, fare quotes, booking support, and escalations.
  • Conduct follow-ups, meetings, and feedback sessions regularly.

3. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to prepare proposals, commercial quotes, and agreements.
  • Collaborate with operations, ticketing, accounts, and vendor teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track bookings, billing, and service issues for assigned accounts.

4. Market Research & Competitor Insights

  • Stay updated on market trends, OTA pricing, and competitor offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel products.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, client details, and sales funnel updates.
  • Submit Daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales progress, leads, and closures.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of corporate travel, OTA platforms, and B2B processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and presentation ability.
  • Basic understanding of travel products (air, hotel, holidays, MICE).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Result-oriented mindset with high ownership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/PG in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related fields.
  • 57 years of experience in corporate sales / business development (travel industry preferred).
  • Experience in handling corporate clients or B2B travel partners.
