Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Registration & Coordination:

    Register deals in Microsoft Partner portal, monitor and track on all deals registered and coordinate with the Brillio sales team to keep update on all the opportunities
  • Manage Microsoft Portal

    - Manage Microsoft portal with all the User information updated, keep track on Partner solution designation, track on the ACR metrics, deals update, align User Certifications with MPN portal, Marketing program etc.
  • Up-Sell and Cross-Sell Opportunities:

    Analyze Brillio Sales pipeline reports to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and connect with Brillio sales team to drive the opportunities jointly with Microsoft Account team
  • Drive GTM motion with Marketing

    Design Marketing campaign in align with Microsoft Marketing team to drive the net new opportunities, Webinars, events and other Microsoft marketing programs
  • Training & Certifications

    - Manage Microsoft ESI portal and provide all the learning and knowledge materials access to the Practice team to enhance skillset on Microsoft Azure technologies and drive the Training & certifications along with L&D team
  • Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure all activities comply with Microsofts policies and reporting requirements
    • Support leadership and technical teams to meet expectations for Partner Solution Designations, Advance Specializations, and other Microsoft program requirements
  • Centralized Repository & Support:

    • Serve as a centralized repository for information on working with Brillio Sales team, Practice and Marketing team and keep update on Brillio Microsoft key value propositions and GTM assets.
  • Customer Association & Technical Team Support:

    • Manage customer association processes such as Claiming Partner of Record and (PAL) Partner Admin Link for Azure, Business Applications, Modern Work, and Security.
    • Support the technical team with Microsoft Specialization Audits and Customer References required for achieving and maintaining certifications
  • Publish Solution offerings on Azure Marketplace:

    • Work with the practice team to publish new solution offerings on Azure marketplace and keep updating all the solution offerings
  • Microsoft ECIF / Azure Innovate Funding Program

    • Involve in Microsoft ECIF Funding and other programs along with the sales team and keep record for all the funding available through our partnership channel to Brillio.

Who You Are?

  • You have a bachelors or masters degree in business management, engineering, computer science, computer applications or similar field.
  • You have 5+ years of experience of relevant experience in managing partnerships and alliances within the technology sector, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem in a similar role.
  • You are strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a central point of information.
  • You have excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • You must be able to work collaboratively with sales teams and practice team.
  • You have strong understanding of Microsoft's products, services, and partner ecosystem.
  • You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, work environment.
  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, as well as proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook.
  • You have knowledge of licensing, deal registration, and incentive programs.

What skills do you need?

  • At least 5 years of relevant in alliance development or alliance management .
  • Strong understanding of Partner Ecosystem or have worked previously either Microsoft, AWS, GCP. Experience with Microsoft Alliance would be preferred.
  • Experience in consultative selling, understanding of Solution offerings, experience working with the sales team for execution of alliance partner programs.
  • Education required: MBA or Equivalent degree.
  • Driving engagements or strategic conversations with the Microsoft team.
  • Carry any revenue-related KRAs. To make Account connects/ alliance-led business development.
  • Hands on experience in Managing Microsoft Alliance GTM activities.
  • Driving strategic business growth or revenue through alliance partnerships.
