Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor critical investment and investor activities for multiple portfolios and custodian banks
  • Ensure accurate settlement of transactions and maintain deep understanding of portfolio holdings, terms, and activities
  • Oversee third-party service providers for general ledger postings and portfolio activity in AIS’ parallel accounting system
  • Reconcile transactions, valuations, management fees, carried interest, P&L components, and other activities monthly/quarterly
  • Verify investor capital account balances, NAV allocations, and capital activities
  • Review capital calls, distributions, allocation calculations, capital statements, and investor IRRs
  • Interpret and analyze underlying fund financial statements to prepare fair valuation documentation
  • Generate cash projections, fund capacity calculations, and capital call/distribution calculations
  • Support audits (product, regulatory) and review offering documents for new products
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution
  • Prepare quarterly compliance reports and highlight potential non-compliance
  • Sign off on monthly/quarterly NAV and performance information
  • Handle daily support tasks and respond to ad-hoc requests from internal teams and investors


Skill Requirements


Must Have:

  • Strong experience in Hedge Funds, Fund Accounting, NAV Reviews, and Portfolio Services
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliation, portfolio accounting, and NAV oversight

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Investran Application
  • Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Private Equity Funds, and Fund of Funds
