We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Airbnb Support Executive** to assist guests, manage online bookings, and coordinate backend support for our Airbnb listings. This role is vital in ensuring excellent guest experiences and maintaining smooth operations across our short-term rental properties.
* Handle Airbnb guest queries, bookings, cancellations, and modifications promptly through app, email, or phone.
* Provide real-time support during check-in/check-out, special requests, or issue escalation.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness.
* Monitor upcoming reservations and proactively communicate with guests for confirmations or clarifications.
* Manage guest reviews, ratings, and resolve complaints or issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
* Update calendars across Airbnb and other platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.).
* Maintain daily shift logs, handover reports, and guest satisfaction records.
* Minimum 3-5 year of experience in Airbnb support, customer service, or hospitality.
* Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with mobile apps, Excel, and online platforms.
* Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and resolve guest issues efficiently.
* Availability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
* Familiarity with Airbnb hosting dashboard, guest resolution process, and OTA tools.
* Experience using CRM tools like Zoho, Slack, or Trello.
* Knowledge of short-term rental operations or property management.
