Shift : Day Shift, 5 days working, Rotational Week offs


Travelxp is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Flight Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of flight operations for our discerning High-Net-Worth clientele (HNW).


Roles & Responsibility:

  • Independently manage the booking, ticketing, and itinerary creation for domestic and international flights, ensuring adherence to company policies and client preferences.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of international flight regulations, routes, fares, and ticketing procedures.
  • Proactively monitor flight schedules and manage any disruptions, cancellations, or changes. This includes communicating effectively with clients, airlines, and other stakeholders to implement necessary adjustments and rebooking.
  • Handle flight reissuances independently, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
  • Manage vendor relationships with airlines and other travel service providers, negotiating rates and securing the best possible deals for our clients.
  • Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for flight operations, identifying areas for improvement and recommend process optimizations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries regarding flight options, schedules, fares, and any travel-related concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and industry standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Travel & Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 years of experience working in a travel agency or similar role, with a proven track record in flight operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of international flight regulations, routes, fares, and ticketing procedures (IATA certification a plus).
  • Experience handling complex flight disruptions, cancellations, and rebooking scenarios.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel industry booking systems (e.g., GDS).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for travel and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
