Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Air Ticketing Executive who will be responsible for handling flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and customer queries. The candidate should have good knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Handle domestic & international flight bookings and reservations. Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund air tickets as per airline guidelines. Provide customers with accurate fare quotations and best available flight options. Manage PNR creation, amendments, and schedule changes. Coordinate with airlines for fare rules, schedule updates, and customer queries. Maintain proper documentation and follow company processes. Assist customers through phone, email, and WhatsApp with professional communication. Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely service delivery. Required Skills Knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre. Good communication skills (English & Hindi). Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of fares, airport codes, and airline regulations. Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent bookings. Computer literacy (MS Office, Email drafting).
