Air Ticketing Executive

As a Ticketing Executive at our company, your role primarily involves booking tickets through GDS software and other available portals. You will be responsible for liaising with all Airlines to secure the best-negotiated fares for our tours and clients. Your duties will also include resolving issues related to airline tickets, such as booking problems, ticket cancellations, and issuing additional tickets. Maintaining strong PR with all airlines and analyzing the air tour budget to secure lower fares than the budget for increased profits will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, scheduling flights based on customer needs, communicating with customers to address inquiries about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules, and entering customer information into the system to issue tickets or update records will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be required to explain applicable fees and taxes for each ticket, assist clients with travel-related questions, and collaborate with the tour sales team. Your qualifications for this position should include a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in domestic and international ticketing, along with a Bachelor's or Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or a related field. Experience in managing corporate clients, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, fluency in both written and spoken English, and proficiency in Excel are essential requirements for this role.
