Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI/ML Trainer with strong expertise in

Generative AI to join our training division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to college students, early

professionals, and corporate learners.

This role requires both technical depth and an ability to communicate complex concepts

clearly and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured AI/ML and Generative AI training programs (both

online and offline formats).

• Teach core concepts in AI, ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI (LLMs,

GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models, Prompt Engineering, etc.).

• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML research, tools, and

frameworks.

• Create assignments, assessments, and projects that reinforce learning outcomes.

• Customize training content to match the academic and industry background of

learners.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to learners, supporting their projects and career

goals.

• Collaborate with the curriculum and content teams to continuously improve

training material.

• Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance evaluations of students.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML training, mentoring, or

instructional roles.

• Proven knowledge of core ML/DL algorithms and frameworks (TensorFlow,

PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Experience in teaching or implementing Generative AI concepts (e.g., LLMs,

Transformers, Diffusion, RLHF).

• Strong programming skills in Python and related data science libraries.

• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse learner backgrounds.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with tools like Jupyter Notebooks, Google Colab, Hugging Face, and

OpenAI APIs is a plus.

Qualifications:

We welcome applicants from all educational backgrounds who can demonstrate deep

knowledge of AI/ML and strong teaching skills.

• Any Bachelor's or Master's degree

(B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc/BCA/MCA/MBA or equivalent).

• What matters most is your experience, clarity of concepts, and passion for

teaching AI/ML and Generative AI.

• Certifications in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or GenAI (from Coursera, edX,

Udacity, or similar) will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Notes

• Trainers must be open to visiting partner colleges or institutions across Specified

location(Telangana and Andhra Pradesh) to deliver on-campus training, seminars,

and workshops as needed.

• Travel expenses and logistics will be supported by the company for such

engagements.
