Description
As a Training Program Developer specializing in AI and Machine Learning, your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing, designing, and delivering comprehensive training programs on Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), Azure OpenAI, Azure AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. - Creating training materials such as presentations, hands-on labs, and documentation to support learning objectives. - Conducting training sessions, workshops, and webinars for clients and internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of AI and ML concepts and their practical applications. - Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies to continuously enhance and customize the training curriculum. - Providing expert guidance and support to clients and internal teams on AI and ML projects, including best practices, implementation strategies, and troubleshooting. - Collaborating with consulting teams to align training content with the newest features and updates in Azure AI and related technologies. - Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment, and making necessary improvements for high-quality learning experiences. - Mentoring and coaching junior trainers and team members to cultivate a knowledgeable and skilled training team. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, with a focus on Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, and related technologies. - Strong expertise in Open-Source large language models (LLMs), Generative AI, and applied Generative AI technologies. - Proficiency in using Azure services and tools, such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI. - Hands-on experience with Python/C#, APIs, Notebooks, popular IDEs, and Frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch. - Excellent presentation and communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and succinctly. - Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, both in-person and virtually. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to offer practical solutions to technical challenges. - Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing, coupled with a dedication to continuous learning and professional development. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of multiple Hyper-scalers like Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Certifications in Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, or related areas. - Experience in developing AI and ML applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. - Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and regulatory considerations in AI deployment. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for AI and ML projects.
