AI/ML Trainer

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Artificial Intelligence Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cater to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Your role will involve creating engaging and interactive learning materials, conducting hands-on workshops, and providing sessions to help learners achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand training needs and objectives.
• Provide regular updates and reports on training progress and outcomes to relevant parties.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training content on AI, ML, Deep Learning, Gen AI, Computer Vision, Azure, Data Science, and Cloud technologies.
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including lectures, simulations, and hands-on labs.
• Customize training materials to meet the specific needs and skill levels of the audience.
• Design, update, and enhance training curriculum and materials to ensure they are current with industry trends and best practices.
• Develop and administer assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training and the proficiency of participants.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
• Offer guidance and support to participants throughout their learning journey.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Gen AI, Computer Vision, Azure, Data Science, and Cloud technologies.
• Conduct research and self-study to continuously improve personal expertise and instructional methods

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical trainer in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Gen AI, Computer Vision, Azure, Data Science, and Cloud technologies.
• Candidate should be proficient in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Data Science tools.
• Must holds the hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, and relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, matplot lib, padas, scikit learn).
