Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI/ML Trainer located in Pune. The AI/ML Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance learners understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts. Responsibilities include developing course materials, conducting practical sessions, mentoring trainees, evaluating progress through assessments, and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and addresses client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AI/ML concepts including deep learning, supervised/unsupervised learning, and natural language processing
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in using frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience in data pre-processing, data analysis, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, computational frameworks, and AI/ML deployment processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective training delivery
• Demonstrated ability to create comprehensive bite-sized learning content and course syllabi
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Prior experience as an AI/ML trainer or relevant role in a training capacity is preferred
