Role Overview

AI/ML Engineer

reverse engineering and auditing AI models

This is a hands-on role for engineers who love to experiment, optimize, and bring AI research to life in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy

  machine learning and deep learning models

  for real-world use cases.
• Conduct

  reverse engineering of AI models

  to analyze, replicate, and optimize their behavior.
• Audit and evaluate third-party or internal models for

  bias, interpretability, and vulnerabilities

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, backend) to integrate AI systems into scalable architectures.
• Work with

  large datasets

  , perform feature engineering, and ensure data quality.
• Research and apply cutting-edge advancements in

  Generative AI, Model Distillation, Adversarial ML

  , and

  Explainable AI

  .

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience

  in AI/ML (applications below 2 years will not be considered).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Neural Networks, Pattern Recognition, and Machine Learning Algorithms

  .
• Proficiency in

  Python

  and ML frameworks such as

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn

  .
• Solid foundation in

  Data Structures, Algorithms, and Statistics

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn

  , and data visualization.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience in

  Reverse Engineering of AI Models
