Role Overview

Full Stack Developer

You’ll build scalable web applications, architect modern APIs, manage deployment pipelines, and ensure system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy

  end-to-end web applications

  using

  Next.js (frontend)

  and

  Node.js (backend)

  .
• Design and maintain

  RESTful APIs

  and

  microservices

  with robust security, caching, and logging.
• Work with

  PostgreSQL / MongoDB

  and integrate third-party APIs efficiently.
• Build scalable, high-performance architecture and reusable components.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, environment configs, and production deployments using

  Docker, AWS, or GCP

  .
• Implement

  DevOps best practices

  : version control (Git), monitoring, backups, and server optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, DevOps, QA) to deliver seamless products.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience

  (applications below 2 years will not be considered).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Strong proficiency in:

• Node.js, Express.js / Nest.js

• Next.js (React + SSR)

• REST APIs and WebSockets

• PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

• TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)

• Solid understanding of

  API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and state management

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  GitHub Actions, Docker, and AWS/GCP deployments

  .
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD, Nginx, PM2

  , and environment variables.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills in remote teams.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Experience with

  Redis / RabbitMQ / Kafka

• Familiarity with

  Serverless architecture (AWS Lambda / Cloud Functions)
