Job Overview:-

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that solve complex business problems. You will work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather and preprocess data, build and train deep learning based models, and deploy and integrate them into software applications. Your primary goal will be to develop AI/ML solutions that meet business needs while ensuring that they are accurate, reliable, and scalable.

Responsibilities:-

• Analyze business requirements and develop AI/ML solutions to solve complex problems
• Collect, preprocess, and clean data from various sources to build models
• Build, train, test, and deploy deep learning based models using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into software applications
• Develop and maintain AI/ML infrastructure, including data storage and computing resources
• Monitor and optimize AI/ML models for accuracy, reliability, and scalability
• Create business solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic architecture
• Document and communicate best practices for building and deploying AI/ML models

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science,  or related field
• Strong understanding of deep learning and machine learning concepts and techniques
• Must have experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, testing LLMs
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
