AI/ML Engineer

As an AI Developer with 24 years of experience, you will be joining a dynamic team with the following key responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and fine-tuning AI models for image and text data - Focusing on Generative AI technologies like GANs, VAEs, and transformer models - Implementing, training, and optimizing deep learning models for NLP, CV, and multimodal AI tasks - Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects including data collection, pre-processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment - Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and products - Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI research and applying innovative techniques to solve complex problems Your qualifications should include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field - 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in developing AI solutions, particularly in Generative AI models - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras - Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms, especially in generative models like GANs, VAEs, and transformer architectures - Experience in pre-processing and augmenting large datasets for training AI models Additionally, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model training and deployment is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential. Experience with NLP techniques and frameworks, knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of AI models, and familiarity with ethical AI practices will be beneficial for this role.,
