Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sales Executive, located in Coimbatore. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and participating in business development activities to expand Cognitica AI's customer base. The role requires a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales objectives while representing the company’s commitment to innovation and safety. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing and industrial clients. ● Conduct product presentations, demos, and discussions with key stakeholders and decision-makers. ● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction. ● Understand client pain points and position AI-driven safety solutions effectively. ● Collaborate with technical and product teams to customize solutions as per client requirements. ● Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. ● Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to management. ● Travel across assigned territories to meet clients and drive business growth. ● Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, and paid ads). ● Manage company presence on LinkedIn, industry forums, and digital platforms to generate leads. ● Support content creation for sales decks, case studies, product brochures, and online promotions. Requirements: ● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in field sales (manufacturing/industrial sector experience mandatory). ● Exposure to digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email campaigns). ● Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels. ● Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, and English (spoken and written). ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. Preferred Skills: ● Prior experience selling industrial automation, AI/tech-based solutions, or safety products. ● Familiarity with manufacturing processes and safety protocols. ● Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
