About the Role:

AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using

  Python

  ,

  Azure Machine Learning

  , and

  Generative AI

  frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with

  Azure services

  such as Azure Functions, Data Lake, Synapse, and Cognitive Services.
• Build and deploy

  LLM-powered applications

  using

  LangChain

  ,

  LangGraph

  , and

  vector databases

  (FAISS, Pinecone).
• Implement and maintain

  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  workflows for production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver business-driven AI solutions.
• Monitor and optimize model performance for scalability, reliability, and accuracy.
• Apply

  MLOps

  principles for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management using

  Azure DevOps

  and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure all AI systems adhere to

  security, compliance, and governance

  standards.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in

  Azure AI

  and

  Generative AI

  domains.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science

  ,

  AI/ML

  ,

  Data Science

  , or related field.
• Minimum

  5 years

  of hands-on experience in

  Machine Learning or AI model development

  using Python.
• Proven expertise in

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar.
• At least

  1 year of experience

  with

  Generative AI

  and

  RAG-based systems

  in production environments.
• Strong proficiency with

  LangChain

  ,

  LangGraph

  ,

  FAISS

  ,

  Pinecone

  , and other LLM orchestration/retrieval frameworks.
• Solid understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs) and frameworks such as

  PyTorch

  Scikit-learn

  .
• Skilled in data manipulation using

  Pandas

  ,

  NumPy

  , and related libraries.
• Hands-on experience with

  Azure AI stack

• Familiarity with

  CI/CD pipelines

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Microsoft Azure Certifications

  and model lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with

  healthcare data standards

  (X12, HL7) is a plus.
• Knowledge of
