AI/ML Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions that drive real business impact. You'll work on challenging problems at the intersection of data science, software engineering, and product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Build scalable ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and software developers to integrate ML solutions into production systems
• Conduct experiments to evaluate and improve model performance, including A/B testing and optimization
• Research and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques and stay current with industry trends
• Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments, ensuring reliability and performance
• Document technical approaches, methodologies, and results for knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 1+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and model evaluation techniques
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field or equivalent research experience
• Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar platforms
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
• Contributions to open-source ML projects or published research papers
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD
