AI/ML Developer

As an AI/ML Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Building and fine-tuning models for NLP, computer vision, predictions, and more. - Engineering intelligent pipelines that are used in production. - Collaborating across teams to bring AI solutions to life (not just in Jupyter Notebooks). - Embracing MLOps with tools like MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Staying on the AI cutting edge and sharing what you learn; a mentorship mindset is a big plus. - Championing code quality and contributing to a future-focused dev culture. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-4 years of experience in hardcore AI/ML or applied data science. - Pro-level Python skills (R is cool too, but Python is king here). - Mastery over ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow/Keras, and PyTorch. - Hands-on experience with real-world data wrangling, feature engineering, and model deployment. - DevOps-savvy with knowledge in Docker, REST APIs, Git, and possibly some MLOps sparkle. - Comfortable with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure - take your pick. - Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, good debugging instincts, and a hunger for optimization.
