Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with modern ML frameworks, and a deep understanding of data processing and algorithm design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Develop APIs and integrate ML models into production systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams.
• Evaluate model performance, optimize accuracy, and fine-tune algorithms.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science.
• Contribute to research, proof of concepts (POCs), and AI-powered product features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 6months-1 year experience in AI/ML development or data science.
• Strong programming skills in Python (and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP.
• Experience with data visualization, feature engineering, and model deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
